IASbet refunds all Win Only bets on No Looking Back

We thought it was unfair that punters lose their cash on No Looking Back in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic today after it sensationally had the race stripped following a successful protest from Tommy Berry, the jockey of Driefontein. Our Traders have ruled in your favour and as such we’re happy to let you know that we have refunded all Win ONLY (CSP or Fixed Price) bets on No Looking Back.
Terms and Conditions:
- Justice Refunds are done solely at the discretion of IASbet.com management and only incidents considered worthy by our management will result in your stake being refunded.
- In the event of a Justice Refund being declared, only your stake on the applicable horse or team will be refunded.
- Justice Refunds will only apply to win only (Fixed or CITY SuperPrice) bets or Head to Head or Win-Draw-Win bets in sport, up to a maximum of $100 AUD.
- Free Bets, Exotics and Multi bets are excluded from any Justice Refunds.
- Qualifying accounts will be credited within 24 hours of a Justice Refund being declared by IASbet.com management.
- If IASbet.com management deem a player to be abusing any promotional offers, we can at our discretion exclude individual players from participating in promotions or Justice Refunds.
