For security, where possible, funds initially deposited by any of the below payment methods are required to be paid back to the same payment method when a withdrawal request is made.

Withdrawals Policy
Please note that as per licence conditions imposed by the Northern Territory Racing Commission, acceptable identification must be received within 90 days of opening your account and prior to any withdrawals being requested against your account. Find out more here.

Your withdrawal will not be deducted from your account balance until such time as the withdrawal is processed. During this time, you will still be able to use your balance to bet with. Withdrawal requests received prior to 11 am (AEST) are processed same day (Mon-Fri), requests received after this time are processed the following bank day. If you request a withdrawal, but change your mind within the pending period, you can reverse your withdrawal and continue betting.

How to reverse a withdrawal

In the instances where IASbet absorbs Banking Transaction fees, if the entire deposit amount is not bet through (turned over) at least once, any transfer charges associated with the deposit/withdrawal amount will be deducted from the account prior to the withdrawal - minimum three percent (3%).

We are unable to process withdrawals to MasterCard holders outside Australia. In the event that you have deposited via MasterCard and wish to make a withdrawal, you will be required to register your card prior to withdrawing to an alternative mechanism (i.e. bank transfer, NETeller, or Moneybookers). To register your card, please submit a legible copy of the front and back of your MasterCard and suitable government-issued identification.

In all other instances, all winnings must be withdrawn to the same card from which the initial deposit was made. Withdrawals to debit/credit cards typically take 5 business days.

Is your credit/debit card registered with IASbet?
Each credit or debit card you use with your IAS account must be registered before we can process withdrawals. This step is for the continuing security of you and our other customers, in helping to prevent credit card fraud. Registering your card consists of submitting (via email, post or fax) a legible copy of both sides of the credit card, along with suitable ID (driver's licence or passport). For your security, we must clearly see the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers on the front of your card. You may censor the middle 6 digits on the front of the card and cover the CCV (last three digits) on the signature panel. All billing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) regardless of the currency that your account is held in. All foreign currency credit/debit card deposits are billed at the CBA universal foreign exchange rate of the day.

IASbet does not charge customer for processing direct bank transfers. However, your bank (or an intermediary bank) may deduct fees for incoming transfers directly.
