Changing your contact details

You can change your contact phone number at any time. To change your contact details follow these steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click the My Account link in the top navigation
3. Click the Contact Details link

It’s important to keep your contact details up to date as we may need to use these to contact you or identify you if you forget your password.

If you would like to update any other details please contact Customer Service via any method provided on the right of this page.

Updating your residential address?

If your account has previously been verified then simpy contact us and we will update your address for you.

If your account has not been verified, you will need to send us the following:

• A recent utility bill/bank statement (within the last 3 months) that has been sent to your new address.

Please send this either via fax (03 9629 6722) or via email (verification@iasbet.com) along with your account number and a request to change your address.
