Why is my account suspended?

Possible reasons:

• ID Verification: The most common reason for account suspension is because your account has not been verified. By law, we are required to verify a member’s identification within 90 days of the member placing their first wager or depositing funds for the first time. If a member’s identification is not validated within 90 days then their account will be suspended before a member will be able to withdraw funds from his/her Betting Account. • Incorrect Personal Details: A member must notify IASbet.com immediately when there have been changes to their personal information. In the event that a member has not kept their personal information up to date, IASbet.com reserves the right to suspend that Member’s Betting Account.

• Responsible Gambling: A member may request that their account be suspended to prevent them from betting. This is a precaution that is usually taken for people that have a problem with gambling.

• Outstanding Credit Debt: Credit accounts are subject to a strictly 7 day settlement period. Members with an outstanding Credit balance need to settle their account by the Monday of the following week. Should your account remain in arrears after this term, your account may be suspended from any further transactions until the overdue amount is cleared. Our Credit Management department issues Credit clients with regular reminders to advise of any overdue amounts prior to any action being taken on the account.

• Customer Security: If an account is deemed to be acting suspiciously then we reserve the right to suspend an account. Reasons why this might happen include duplicate accounts, chargeback issued, and suspicious activity on the account.
