Arsenal v Man Utd - FA Cup Final

Saturday's FA Cup Final between Premiership heavyweight’s Manchester United and Arsenal at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium promises to be a classic between two of the greatest rivals in English football. Arsenal and United have dominated both the Premiership and The FA Cup over the last ten years with United skipper Roy Keane setting a new post war record in last years win over Millwall by becoming the first man to play in six FA Cup Finals.

Surprisingly, these two teams have only ever met once before in an FA Cup Final when the Gunners carried off the Cup Alan Sunderland's last-minute winner settled one of the greatest FA Cup finals in living memory as Arsenal won 3-2 at Wembley in 1979.

Both clubs have appeared in the final a record 16 times. The Red Devils have won the Cup 11 times while Arsenal have celebrated 9 victories.
